Beginning Tuesday, May 26th, we will open our teller lines and member service desks at each of our four locations.  All of our Drive-Up windows and our Call Center will continue to operate at full capacity. 

Our operating hours for all locations and services will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

As we have demonstrated over the last ten weeks, we are able to accommodate most of your needs and transaction requests through the Drive-Ups, the Call Center, our Online BankingMobile App, and Website, but there are a few transactions that are simply more easily handled in-person. These transactions include:

If you do plan to stop in at one of the branches to complete one of these transactions or because you are in need of one of these services, please be advised that we will be operating under social distancing and reduced capacity guidelines.  Additionally, we will not be providing coffee or candy as would normally be the case.

We have certainly not been immune to the effects of this pandemic.  If we need to close one or all of our facilities, we will give you as much notice as possible.  Typically, we will do so on our website or via email so please check that information regularly.

How to Set Up Online Banking

Access to our Online Banking is available at the top of every website page on our Website.

To get started, please enter your Member Number as your User ID. Your temporary password will be the number 9 plus the last four digits of your social security number. For instance, if the last four digits of your social security number are 1234, your temporary password will be 91234.

Please note that your initial login must be completed on a laptop, desktop or through our Mobile App.

How to Set Up Mobile Banking

To use the Chicago Patrolmen's Federal Credit Union Mobile App, you must be enrolled in our Online Banking service (see above).

If you are already signed up for Online Banking, simply use your existing credentials to log in.

If you are a new user, you can sign up by using the Sign Up button within the App. The initial login credentials will be your 5-digit account number and 9+last four digits of their Social Security Number. For instance, if your Social Security Number ends with 1234, you would enter 91234.
