Effective immediately, the Credit Union will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.

Dear Members,

The health and well-being of our members and staff continue to be our top priority. As such, we are regularly monitoring the fluidity of the situation surrounding COVID-19 and the rapidly-evolving set of local and federal recommendations and protocols put in place on a daily basis.

To continue best serving our members, we are implementing the following procedures, effective tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17:

All three Drive-Up Windows (located at the Central, South and North Branch locations) will be open during their regular business hours and available for all teller transactions.

All ATM machines owned and operated by the Credit Union, including those located at our facilities and in every police district throughout the city, will be open.

Remaining Credit Union facilities will be closed to members as of end of business today, Monday, March 16, at 5 p.m.

We will continue to accept loan applications over the phone and via our Website.

We will continue to complete and disburse all loans via our eDocument and eSignature services.

Our Call Center (312-726-8814) will continue to operate during normal business hours.

Our full-service Website, Mobile App and Online Banking capabilities will continue to be at your service 24/7. (If you are not currently an Online Banking or Mobile App user, please see the information below for set-up instructions.)

All upcoming Educational Seminars have been postponed until further notice.

As a reminder, funds deposited into your Credit Union account are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for up to $250,000. 

The Credit Union remains fully prepared to handle all of your financial needs. We will continue to communicate with you via email, our website and social media if and as circumstances necessitate.

How to Set Up Online Banking

Access to our Online Banking is available at the top of every website page on our Website.

To get started, please enter your Member Number as your User ID. Your temporary password will be the number 9 plus the last four digits of your social security number. For instance, if the last four digits of your social security number are 1234, your temporary password will be 91234.

Please note that your initial login must be completed on a laptop, desktop or through our Mobile App.

How to Set Up Mobile Banking

To use the Chicago Patrolmen's Federal Credit Union Mobile App, you must be enrolled in our Online Banking service (see above).

If you are already signed up for Online Banking, simply use your existing credentials to log in.

If you are a new user, you can sign up by using the Sign Up button within the App. The initial login credentials will be your 5-digit account number and 9+last four digits of their Social Security Number. For instance, if your Social Security Number ends with 1234, you would enter 91234.
