Are you being tempted by credit card offers? How do you know when you have enough credit cards?
There is no magic number of cards that you should have. However, it is wise to make sure that you do not fall for the department store cards because they offer discounts on purchases. This is only good if you plan to pay the bill in full otherwise you are looking at a high interest rate that makes that discount not so great!
Also if you are only making the minimum payment on several credit cards, that may be a sign that you have more debt than you need.
