Branch Representative

We are proud to announce we are recruiting to hire a Branch Representative for one of our busiest locations to add to an already thriving team. If you enjoy being successful, working as a team player and want an opportunity with a growing and well-performing credit union, this could be the position for you.

In this role, the main responsibility of a branch representative will be to assist members and potential members in a timely and professional manner fulfilling sales, service and financial needs for a seamless member experience at our branch location. 

Job Requirements:

Training, which is provided, is a key component for this position due to the thorough understanding needed of our products and services.  This position entails a rotational aspect with respect to the duties listed above as a branch representative. 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality along with strong communication and cash handling skills. Possess the ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day responsibilities and interaction with members and other departments with diplomacy and tact. Applicants must have excellent member-servicing skills with at least two years’ experience in a branch environment. This position presents excellent opportunities to cross-sell our products for additional compensation via incentives.

Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities Include:

To lead and direct the activities of the Information Technology Department via the management of a complex network system and servers installed and running in the MS Windows environment including all technical responsibilities for various equipment within the WAN infrastructure. Responsible for administration and maintenance of all IT and network-related devices and ensuring the integrity and security of the overall IT systems.
