IT Help Desk Technician 

Responsibilities Include:

Provide main help desk support, troubleshooting, and off-hours service requests as needed to support and service desktop systems, Citrix terminals, and general application support, act as an escalation point for resolving internal organizational and member transactional issues including, but not limited to, Windows network user maintenance and other reported problems. Perform issue research, troubleshooting and resolution coordination and communication to other departments and/or members, create, develop, and continuously refine an organizational knowledge base related to front and back-office operations and Support daily IT functions and other duties as assigned.
